Eversafe products are protected by a 5 year limited warranty.

Security Laminates

Eversafe will replace invoiced product with paid in full status that fails due to manufacturer defect or installation error.
Material that is damaged intentionally or accidentally (i.e. scratched, torn, cleaned with solvents, pressure washed, damaged by adhesives or tapes, etc) is void of warranty and fees will be incurred for removal and replacement.

Security Screens

Eversafe will service security screens that are malfunctioning due to manufacturer defect or installation error. Eversafe will replace security screens that cannot be serviced into operation due to manufacturer defect or installation error. Security screens that have been damaged intentionally or accidentally, are out of working order due to misuse, or have been mechanically altered are void of warranty and are subject to fees for service, repair, or replacement.

Warranty claims must be submitted to Eversafe with photos within 5 years from the date of the original invoice. All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Eversafe and require client approval before replacement will be scheduled. If damaged or failing product is deemed by Eversafe to fall outside of the warranty limitations, a written report and a quote for the cost of repairs will be provided to the client.
